Edition 2025 — Materials Flea Market Bressuire

The first edition of the Building Materials Flea Market was held in April 2025 in the Bressuire bocage, organized by Réseau Recto Verso. Local construction companies opened their doors to sell surplus materials and downgraded items directly to the public. The success of this inaugural edition motivated the organization of a second edition in 2026.

Review of the 1st Edition 2025

The first Building Materials Flea Market, organized in April 2025 by Réseau Recto Verso, made a strong impression in the Bressuire bocage. This unprecedented concept, allowing construction companies to sell surplus, end-of-stock and downgraded materials directly to the public, was a great success with DIY enthusiasts, self-builders and bargain hunters.

Tiles, wood, hardware, bathroom fixtures, tools and many other materials found buyers at unbeatable prices. The decentralized format, with sales points spread across participating companies' premises, offered an original way to discover the local economic fabric. Building on this success, Réseau Recto Verso announced a second edition for April 2026.
