Flea market and vintage vehicle gathering in Villegongis, organized by Autoretrocoeurdefrance in the Indre
The Villegongis flea market, organized by the association Autoretrocoeurdefrance, combines a flea market and a vintage vehicle gathering. An original event in this village of Champagne berrichonne that delights both bargain hunters and lovers of classic cars and motorcycles.
The Villegongis flea market, organized by the association Autoretrocoeurdefrance, is an event that marries two passions: flea markets and vintage vehicles. Exhibitors offer an assortment of car parts, vintage accessories, tools, old advertisements, miniatures, technical books, as well as general bric-a-brac: crockery, trinkets, furniture, toys, clothing. In parallel, a gathering of classic cars and motorcycles livens up the day, offering visitors a spectacle of beautiful old mechanics.
Villegongis is a commune of about 500 inhabitants located in the Champagne berrichonne, about fifteen kilometers north of Châteauroux. The village is known for its remarkable Château de Villegongis, a Renaissance building from the 16th century attributed to Pierre Nepveu, the architect of Chambord. This castle, with its round towers and sculpted facades, is listed as a Historic Monument. The village also retains a Romanesque church and typical rural heritage of Berry.
The Villegongis flea market attracts lovers of car collecting and flea markets from all over central France. Admission is free. Food and drinks are available on site.
The Autoretrocoeurdefrance flea market in Villegongis returns on April 19, 2026.
