The Flea Market of Bengy-sur-Craon: A Quarter Century of Treasure Hunting in Berry

For over twenty years, the association Bengy Animations has organized a flea market and car boot sale every summer on the route de Flavigny in Bengy-sur-Craon. In 2025, the event celebrated its 24th edition, confirming its status as an unmissable summer event for treasure hunters from the Cher and neighboring departments.

200 Exhibitors Along the Route de Flavigny

Approximately 200 private exhibitors set up their stalls from 6 a.m. along the route de Flavigny. The treasure hunting route extends for several hundred meters, offering a wide selection of second-hand items: clothing, toys, dishes, trinkets, books, tools, small furniture, and curiosities of all kinds. The earliest hunters take advantage of the first few hours to find the best deals.

Free Pitches and Friendly Atmosphere

The originality of this flea market lies in the free pitches for exhibitors, an advantage that partly explains the event's success and the high number of participants. Booking is mandatory with the association. Refreshments and food service are provided on site by the volunteers of Bengy Animations.
