On Sunday, October 26, 2025, the village of Nozières hosted its large annual flea market and car boot sale, continuing a tradition of over 20 years in this small Ardèche village in the Pays de Lamastre. From 5:30 AM to 7 PM, the village streets were taken over by approximately 270 exhibitors offering their finds: antique furniture and objects, clothing, books and vinyl records, crockery, tools, and many other second-hand items.
Despite the cool Ardèche autumn morning, the first bargain hunters were already present before dawn, a sign of the attractiveness of an event that has built a solid reputation throughout the region. Visitors came from Lamastre, Le Cheylard, Annonay, and neighboring Drôme towns to enjoy this unique day in the streets of the hilltop village.
The event, held in the very streets of the village, allows visitors to discover Nozières' architectural heritage while browsing, with the backdrop of chestnut groves and viewpoints over the Doux valley. Free entry for all visitors.
