Every year at the end of June, the Comité des Fêtes de La Jarne organizes a car boot sale in the parking of the Salle Mélusine, rue des 4 Chevaliers. The event is a must-attend for the community life of this residential town in the La Rochelle agglomeration.

A Family-Friendly and Friendly Car Boot Sale

Many private exhibitors set up their stalls in the large car park of the Salle Mélusine to offer bargain hunters a wide selection of second-hand items: clothes, toys, books, trinkets, crockery, and small furniture. The atmosphere is family-friendly and convivial, true to the spirit of neighborhood car boot sales.

La Jarne is a commune in Aunis, located a few kilometers south of La Rochelle. The village offers a pleasant living environment between the countryside and proximity to the coast. Volunteers from the Comité des Fêtes provide refreshments and food throughout the day. Entry is free for visitors, from 8 am to 6 pm.
