The Brocante de Triac-Lautrait is organized every year in June by the APE Bassac-Triac on the land behind the town hall, at 13 rue de la Mairie. The event brings together between 100 and 200 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, from 7 am to 6 pm. The pitch is offered at 2 euros per linear meter for 3 meters or 4 euros for 6 meters. Entry is free for visitors, with catering and refreshments on site.
The Triac-Lautrait flea market: a family event between vineyards and the Charente
Every June, the land located behind the town hall of Triac-Lautrait hosts a lively flea market organized by the APE Bassac-Triac (Association of Parents of Students). Between 100 and 200 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, set up their stalls in this vast outdoor space to offer furniture, tableware, trinkets, toys, clothes, and various second-hand items.
Triac-Lautrait, between Jarnac and Bassac
Triac-Lautrait is a commune in the Charente Valley, located between Jarnac and Châteauneuf-sur-Charente. The village is known for its Maison Familiale Rurale (MFR), which trains young people in agricultural and wine professions. Surrounded by the Fins Bois vineyards, the commune offers a bucolic setting typical of the Cognac region, ideal for a Sunday stroll among the flea market stalls.
Affordable pitches
The APE Bassac-Triac offers pitches at very accessible prices: 2 euros per linear meter for a 3-meter pitch, or 4 euros per linear meter for a 6-meter pitch. Exhibitors are welcomed from 6 am, while visitors can browse from 7 am to 6 pm. Reservations can be made by phone or email.
Catering and friendly atmosphere
Catering and refreshments are provided on site by APE volunteers, offering sandwiches, crêpes, and drinks. The funds raised during this flea market help finance school activities and outings for the children of Bassac and Triac-Lautrait. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed, in the tradition of Charente village festivals.
