Thénezay, a rural commune in northeastern Deux-Sèvres, hosts its spring flea market in the village streets and squares. This event, mixing dealers and private sellers, attracts treasure hunters from Parthenay, Loudun and surrounding villages.
Located at the junction of the Gâtine Parthenaise and the Loudunais, Thénezay occupies a unique geographical position straddling two historic regions. The village, dominated by its church and surrounded by farmland, preserves the charm of an intact rural heritage.

The Thénezay flea market returns on Sunday 19 April 2026 in the village. Dealers and private sellers will offer antique furniture, tableware, trinkets, books and décor items. Free admission, catering on site, free parking.
