Back-to-school flea market on the Place des Fêtes in Talange
The brocante de Talange on the Place des Fêtes brings together about a hundred exhibitors outdoors from 8 am to 5 pm. This back-to-school event attracts bargain hunters from the Metz area in an open and friendly setting. Admission is free, and refreshments, food, restrooms, and parking are available on site. Talange, a town of 7,800 inhabitants in the Moselle valley, is located between Metz and Thionville.
Each year in September, the Place des Fêtes de Talange hosts an outdoor flea market with approximately 100 exhibitors. This event marks the return of flea markets in the Metz area. Individuals offer clothing, toys, trinkets, and second-hand items in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Place des Fêtes in Talange is a central space in the town, usually used for public events and gatherings. For the flea market, it transforms into a large open-air market, offering ample space for stalls and visitor circulation. The on-site refreshments and food allow visitors to spend the morning or the whole day hunting for treasures.
