The 2025 edition of the May 8th flea market in Mehun-sur-Yèvre was held on Thursday, May 8th, in the streets of Richefort and des Écoles. The Amicale de Somme organized this spring treasure hunting day, with drinks, fries, and light snacks provided by volunteers. Private sellers offered clothes, toys, tableware, and trinkets to the many visitors who came to enjoy the public holiday.

Recap of the May 8th, 2025 Flea Market
On Thursday, May 8th, 2025, the rue du Richefort and rue des Écoles in Mehun-sur-Yèvre hosted the annual flea market organized by the Amicale de Somme. Taking advantage of the public holiday, many treasure hunters came to browse the stalls of private sellers.
The stands offered a wide selection of second-hand items: clothing, toys, tableware, books, trinkets, and small furniture. The friendly and family atmosphere was enhanced by the drinks, fries, and cakes service provided by the association's volunteers.
This edition confirmed the success of this spring event, which complements the calendar of flea markets in Mehun-sur-Yèvre, alongside the Judo Club's car boot sale and the Grand Flea Market in September.
