The Brocante du 14 Juillet de Druye is a summer event organized by the association Druye Loisirs Animation, combining popular treasure hunting and national holiday festivities in this village in the Cher Valley.
The Brocante du 14 Juillet de Druye has become a summer tradition in this village in Touraine. Organized by the association Druye Loisirs Animation, it brings together private sellers offering clothing, toys, dishes, furniture, books, trinkets, tools, vinyl records, small appliances, and various other items. The national holiday, synonymous with conviviality and good cheer, attracts many treasure hunters and families. Part of the profits are donated to the village school to fund children's projects.
Druye is a small village of about 1,200 inhabitants located in the Cher Valley, between Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau. This preserved village, bordered by the river and meadows, offers a peaceful and green living environment. Its proximity to the great Loire castles and the vineyards of Touraine makes it a popular summer destination for visitors.
The flea market takes place on July 14th. Admission is free. Refreshments and food are available on site. Registration forms are available at the village's bar-grocery store.
The Brocante du 14 Juillet de Druye returns on July 14, 2026.
