In 2025, the ABALA flea market offered three editions on the Place du Mûrier in Batz-sur-Mer: in spring in May, and twice during the summer in July and August. Looking Back at the 2025 Editions
The year 2025 was a busy one for the ABALA flea market in Batz-sur-Mer, with no fewer than three editions held on the Place du Mûrier. The first, in May, kicked off the season with a local clientele and early-season tourists. The July and August editions then benefited from the summer influx to gather a large crowd around the stalls of these flea market and antique professionals.
On the Place du Mûrier, at the foot of the majestic Saint-Guénolé church, exhibitors presented a varied selection of items: Breton and Loire antique furniture, regional earthenware, objects related to the sea and fishing, old agricultural tools, paintings and prints, vintage toys. The quality and authenticity of the items offered have retained a demanding clientele of enthusiasts, confirming the growing reputation of this professional flea market on the Guérande peninsula.
