26th edition of the Braderie Saint-Michel in the heart of Montauban-de-Bretagne, 900 exhibitors
For over a quarter of a century, the Braderie Saint-Michel has transformed the town center of Montauban-de-Bretagne into a vast open-air market. From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., around 900 exhibitors—individuals and professionals—take over the streets around the church square to offer clothing, furniture, toys, books, dishes, and various objects. The 2 linear meter pitch is available for 6 euros for individuals and 15 euros for professionals. For safety reasons, no motorized vehicles are allowed in the street sale area between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The Entente Basket JSB-OCM-USM of Montauban-de-Bretagne has organized this street sale since its creation. Club volunteers ensure the welcome of exhibitors from 6 a.m., the management of pitches, and on-site catering. Sausage crepes, crepes, and cold drinks allow visitors to regain their strength between finds. Online registrations generally open in mid-July, and demand is high: it is advisable to book quickly.

The commune, with nearly 5,000 inhabitants, has a dynamic commercial fabric and a rich associative life. The Braderie Saint-Michel, placed under the patronage of the saint celebrated at the end of September, illustrates this spirit of conviviality that characterizes the town.
