Review of the April 21, 2025 Edition
The Bourse aux Outils de Montécheroux held its Easter Monday 2025 event on April 21, on the village's Grande Rue. From 8 a.m., the first collectors and lovers of antique tools were present, ready to inspect the stalls set up in this authentic rural setting. Tools for carpentry and framing with forgotten shapes, agricultural instruments from Jura viticulture and Franche-Comté livestock farming, antique locks and mechanisms, hardware items, and various collectibles enlivened the Grande Rue for this new spring edition.
The event, which retains an intimate and authentic character, brought together local enthusiasts and visitors from further afield for this rare specialty of a tool fair. The village's conviviality and the beauty of the site—Montécheroux overlooks the valleys of the southern Doubs with beautiful panoramas—completed the attraction of the event.
