Rougemont, known every summer for its Grande Fouille — one of the largest flea markets in Eastern France — also hosts a more intimate but equally popular event for music lovers in the autumn: the Bourse aux Disques. The Salle des Fêtes of the town becomes a vast market dedicated to vinyl records, CDs, and DVDs, offered for exchange or sale by exhibitors from all over the region.

The event brings together hundreds, if not thousands, of musical references of all genres and eras: rock, jazz, French and international variety, classical, soul, electronic, and many more. Whether it's to complete a collection, rediscover rarities, or simply browse through the record bins, the Bourse aux Disques de Rougemont offers a unique experience for music lovers and collectors in the region.

A popular and friendly event

The exhibitors, a mix of passionate individuals and a few second-hand record dealers, set up from 7:30 am to prepare their stalls before the public opening. The market runs from 9 am to 4:30 pm, leaving ample time to browse the stalls and chat with the sellers. Friendliness is key: discussions about artists, rare pressings, or record covers are an integral part of the experience.

Light refreshments are available on site for exhibitors and visitors. Entry is completely free for the public, which helps attract a wide range of visitors, from seasoned collectors to the simply curious. The Bourse aux Disques de Rougemont is held every year in November, generally on the fourth Sunday of the month.
