Review of the Bernay Antiques Fair 2025
In April 2025, the Abbatiale Notre-Dame de la Couture in Bernay hosted its annual antiques fair. In this strikingly beautiful Romanesque setting — massive cylindrical columns, sculpted capitals, and the imposing nave of one of Normandy's earliest great constructions — professional antique dealers presented their best pieces to discerning visitors.
Furniture from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries, old paintings, art objects, ceramics, silverware, and period jewelry made up a diverse and high-quality offering.
