The Bernardvillé Flea Market is a completely new event taking place for the first time in this small Alsatian village on Sunday, June 7, 2026. Organized by the Bernardvillé Hopla Association, which works to animate the local life of the village, this flea market takes place along the main street from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Bargain hunters and visitors will be able to browse the stands in search of hidden treasures, unusual objects, vintage clothing and accessories, decorative items, and antique furniture. A great opportunity to discover this charming small village while finding good deals.
Bernardvillé is a small commune of only about 210 inhabitants, nestled in the Dieffenbach valley, in the heart of the Alsatian Vosges foothills. This tiny village is one of the hidden gems of the Alsace Wine Route. Surrounded by vineyards, meadows, and forests, Bernardvillé retains a preserved natural setting and an authentic atmosphere rarely found in more touristy villages. Its few alleys, its church, and its traditional Alsatian houses constitute a picturesque and peaceful setting. The village is a confidential stop on the Wine Route, near Itterswiller, Nothalten, and Andlau. Local winegrowers produce excellent Alsace wines, including rieslings, pinot gris, and gewurztraminers.
Beyond the bargain hunting, the event highlights Alsatian conviviality. Members of the Bernardvillé Hopla Association run food and drinks service throughout the day, offering sodas, draft beers, local wines from the village and surroundings, sausages, and grilled items accompanied by fries. The atmosphere is resolutely relaxed and festive, inviting visitors and bargain hunters to take their time, chat with exhibitors, and fully enjoy this first edition in an exceptional bucolic setting.
