27th Mountain Antique Market in the village centre of Flumet, Val d'Arly
The 27th Brocante de Montagne in Flumet is a major back-to-school event in Savoie, organised every September in the village centre by the Flumet Entertainment Association and the Val d'Arly Tourist Office. This themed antique market brings together bargain hunters and exhibitors around mountain-related items: chalet furniture, old tools, vintage mountaineering gear, Savoyard folk art and Alpine curiosities, in the charming setting of the Val d'Arly.
On September 6, 2026, Flumet village centre hosts the 27th edition of the Brocante de Montagne, an event that has become a fixture in the Savoyard antique scene. Jointly organised by the Flumet Entertainment Association and the Val d'Arly Tourist Office, this event attracts hundreds of enthusiasts seeking mountain-related objects each year.
The Flumet Mountain Antique Market's distinctive feature is its Alpine theme. Exhibitors offer pieces linked to mountain life: antique carved-wood chalet furniture, traditional farming tools, vintage mountaineering and ski equipment, cowbells, Savoyard pottery and faience, old Alpine photographs and mountain folk art.
Flumet is a charming mountain village at the confluence of the Arly and Arrondine rivers, in the Val d'Arly valley between Megève and Albertville. Its historic centre with stone houses and vaulted passages provides the perfect setting. The village is dominated by the majestic Mont Blanc.
With 27 editions under its belt, the Flumet Mountain Antique Market has built a solid reputation among collectors and Alpine folk art enthusiasts. The event traditionally marks the cultural start of autumn in the Val d'Arly.
