Lake of Naussac, jewel of the Margeride

The lake of Naussac is one of the largest water bodies in France, created in the 1970s by EDF on the Naussacoise river. This 1000-hectare body of water, nestled at an altitude of 1000 meters in the Margeride, has become in a few decades a major tourist site in the north of Lozère: supervised beaches, sailing, kayaking, fishing, camping, pedal boating...
