A flea market in the heart of the Rambouillet forest

Every spring, the Comité des Fêtes of Vieille-Église-en-Yvelines (CDF78VE) organizes its traditional flea market at 21 bis route de l'Étang de la Tour, on the edge of the Rambouillet national forest. This small rural village of around 300 inhabitants, nestled between Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines and Rambouillet, offers a privileged natural setting for a day of bargain hunting: the Tour and Hollande ponds, popular walking destinations, are just a few hundred meters away.

The Comité des Fêtes of Vieille-Église-en-Yvelines is at the heart of the village's associative and festive life. For several years, it has been organizing this flea market which is one of the flagship events of its calendar. Children's and adult clothing, toys, tableware, small household appliances, books, games, trinkets, records, tools and small furniture fill the stalls. Prices remain very affordable and haggling is part of the game.
