Edition Juillet et août 2025 — Vide-Greniers Étang de Chaux
In 2025, the Étang de Chaux in Peyrat-la-Nonière hosted its two summer car boot sales on Sundays, July 20th and August 17th. Between 50 and 100 private exhibitors set up their stalls by the water from 7 am to 7 pm, offering a wide selection of second-hand items. Pony and carriage rides, fondue creusoise, grills, and roasted lamb completed these two days of bargain hunting in Combraille creusoise.

The Étang de Chaux in Peyrat-la-Nonière hosted its two summer car boot sales in 2025, on Sundays, July 20th and August 17th. Between 50 and 100 private exhibitors set up their stalls on the lawns bordering the water, offering bargain hunters clothes, toys, crockery, trinkets, and various items from 7 am to 7 pm.
Both days were marked by free entertainment: pony and carriage rides for families, while the catering highlighted local specialties with fondue creusoise, grills, and the famous roasted lamb from the site, available by reservation. The natural setting of the pond, between meadows and woods, provided a green backdrop appreciated by visitors.
