The Comité des Fêtes de Cours-de-Pile organizes two annual car boot sales in this village located just 4 kilometers from Bergerac, at the gateway to the Périgord Pourpre. The first takes place in June and the second in August, during the village festival, offering bargain hunters two summer events to find good deals.
A pleasant setting behind the village hall
The stands are set up on a flat, grassy area located behind the village hall, near the football field, at 30 route de Saint-Germain. Exhibitors can park their vehicle directly behind their stand, making loading and unloading easier. The fee is set at €2 per linear meter, reserved for individuals.
The village festival in August
The August edition of the car boot sale is part of the program for the Cours-de-Pile village festival, a festive weekend that also includes a meal on Saturday evening with an entertainment show, a pétanque competition on Sunday morning, catering, and a gourmet market in the evening. Families can enjoy the inflatable structures and entertainment offered throughout the weekend.

The Cours-de-Pile Festival Committee is organizing its annual flea market on Sunday, August 23, 2026, as part of the village festival weekend, behind the village hall (30 route de Saint-Germain), very close to the football field.
The event is reserved for private exhibitors (sale of food items is not permitted) and hosts between 50 and 100 stalls on a flat, grassy field. Bargain hunters will find second-hand items, clothes, toys, books, trinkets, and crockery.
Exhibitor Information: €2 per linear meter, setup from 7 AM to 8 AM, dismantling at 4 PM. Vehicles can remain parked behind the stalls. Refreshment stand, fast food, and toilets on site.
For Visitors: Free admission from 8 AM to 4 PM, free parking. The village festival weekend also includes a dinner dance on Saturday evening, a pétanque competition on Sunday morning, a gourmet market at the end of the day, a brass band, and fireworks.
