The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier de Villemoustaussou enlivened this residential commune in the Carcassonne urban area. Private sellers and visitors gathered for a day of friendly treasure hunting in this Cabardès village on the outskirts of Carcassonne.
The stalls offered a fine selection of second-hand items—clothing, toys, books, high-tech equipment, tableware, and trinkets—reflecting the residential and family profile of the commune. Families with children were particularly numerous, browsing the stalls, attracted by the variety of items offered at affordable prices.
The refreshment stand, run by volunteers, fostered a convivial atmosphere between sellers and visitors. We look forward to seeing you in 2026 for a new edition of this popular car boot sale on the outskirts of the medieval City of Carcassonne.
