The spring association vide-grenier at the foot of the Luberon
In spring, the SCL (Sport Culture Leisure) association of Mérindol organises its annual vide-grenier in the village, at the foot of the Luberon massif. Private sellers and small exhibitors gather for a friendly day of treasure hunting near the Waldensian memorial. An ideal opportunity to combine vide-grenier, history and Luberon exploration.
Mérindol is one of those Provençal villages with a strong identity, combining historical memory, rural life and associative dynamism. Local associations play an essential role in community life: patronal feasts, sports events, cultural gatherings and vide-greniers.
The SCL vide-grenier is a village-scale rendezvous: less dense than the great fairs of Cavaillon or Apt, it offers a familiar atmosphere. The village streets, squares and forecourts host the stalls in a gentle walking arrangement.
Mainly private sellers: clothes, linen, toys, books, comics, records, tableware, small appliances, trinkets, decoration, garden tools, sports items.
