Mas Balande Flea Market

The big Sunday flea market of southern Perpignan

Every Sunday from 6 AM to 2 PM, the Mas Balande site in Perpignan hosts one of the largest regular flea markets in the department. Located on the Elne road in the Moulin à Vent district, next to Méga Castillet and the Conforama store, this weekly event attracts up to 200 private exhibitors who unpack their treasures at dawn to the delight of early-bird bargain hunters and seasoned collectors.

A friendly family event

Mas Balande has become a true local institution over the years. The vast and flat site comfortably accommodates both exhibitors and visitors, with free parking nearby. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming, typical of southern French flea markets. People come with their families every Sunday morning to find treasures, sell unused items, or simply stroll through the aisles. The private stalls offer a very varied mix: clothing, shoes, vintage toys, tableware, trinkets, books, records, small furniture, appliances, tools, and family bric-a-brac.

Practical information for exhibitors and visitors

For exhibitors, the rate is very affordable: €10 for 5 meters with the possibility of parking your vehicle behind your stand, and €15 for utility vehicles or cars with trailers. No reservation needed, just arrive early with a photocopy of your ID. Admission is free for visitors, and ample free parking is available nearby.
