A car boot sale in the heart of Parc Guilhem

Every spring, Cabestany Olympique Culturel XV, the commune's historic rugby club, organizes its major annual car boot sale in the green setting of Parc Guilhem. This vast shaded municipal park, the green lung of Cabestany, provides an ideal setting for private exhibitors who unpack their treasures from 8 AM: clothes, toys, books, tableware, trinkets, decorative items, sports equipment, vinyl records and all kinds of curiosities. The event attracts bargain hunters and families from across the Perpignan metropolitan area.

A club serving Catalan youth

The COC XV Cabestany, a major sporting figure in Roussillon, keeps the spirit of Catalan rugby alive among the younger generation. Beyond its senior teams, the club trains dozens of children each season in its rugby schools. The proceeds from the car boot sale, entirely reinvested in the association, help fund equipment, travel and tournaments.
