Three times a year, the historic heart of Perpignan transforms into a large open-air flea market. The Grand Flea Markets of the city center take over the famous Quai Vauban, along the Basse River, and the Place François Arago, the epicenter of Perpignan's bustle. In 2026, the three dates are Saturday May 23, Saturday July 11, and Saturday September 5. These grand flea markets bring together about 60 exhibitors, mixing professionals and private sellers selected for the quality of their offerings. You'll find a great diversity of items: old and vintage furniture, antiques, trinkets, porcelain, glassware, lighting, paintings, antique books, comics, postcards, vinyl records, vintage clothing, jewelry, clocks, and curiosities of all kinds. The Quai Vauban offers a particularly picturesque setting with its plane trees, benches, and views of the Basse River and the colorful facades of old Perpignan.
