In the spring of 2025, the Place du Château de Bannans hosted the Vide-Grenier Louis Boillot. Local exhibitors—individuals from the village and neighboring towns in the canton of Frasne—offered their second-hand items to visitors who came to enjoy a pleasant day of outdoor treasure hunting on the Haut-Doubs plateaus.
Clothes, toys, dishes, books, and various items found buyers in the pleasant atmosphere of this village square, in the shade of Bannans Castle. The friendliness and authenticity of a rural mountain car boot sale contributed to the success of this edition, in the exceptional natural setting of the Jura massif.
