Every first Sunday in June, the parking lot of Établissements Leroux Brochard in the Lébisey district transforms into a vast open-air flea market. The Association des habitants de Lébisey organizes this annual car boot sale, which brings together between 100 and 200 private sellers, offering their finds to bargain hunters from the Caen metropolitan area.

Lébisey is a residential district located south of Hérouville-Saint-Clair, bordering Caen. The parking lot of Établissements Leroux Brochard, situated at the corner of Avenue de Garbsen and Avenue de la 3ème Division d'Infanterie Britannique, provides a generous and easily accessible space to host the numerous stalls and visitors.
