Edition Mai 2025 — Vide-Grenier Festif Brive
The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier Festif de Brive-la-Gaillarde was held on Sunday, May 4th, in the IUT car park, rue Jules Vallès. Organized by the association of the Conseil de Quartier 11, this day marked the launch of the Kermesse Gaillarde, a festive novelty combining activities for children and adults in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Private sellers offered their finds at low prices on 2.5-meter pitches.

Looking back at the 2025 edition
On Sunday, May 4, 2025, the IUT car park in Brive-la-Gaillarde hosted the Vide-Grenier Festif organized by the association of the Conseil de Quartier 11. This edition was marked by the launch of the Kermesse Gaillarde, a program of activities designed to entertain families throughout the day.
The aisles of the car park, lined with stalls run by private individuals, offered a wide selection of second-hand items: clothing, toys, books, trinkets, crockery, and small furniture. The friendly and family atmosphere, enhanced by the games and activities of the Kermesse Gaillarde, delighted visitors from the university district and surrounding towns. The pitch at €5 for 2.5 meters allowed many sellers to participate in this spring neighborhood festival.
