Edition 2025 — Farfouille de Blyes
The Farfouille de Blyes 2025 took place on Thursday, May 29th, Ascension Day, around the Blyes water body. Over 500 exhibitors gathered for one of the largest car boot sales in the Ain department, organized by the Sou des Écoles. Treasure hunters enjoyed an exceptional natural setting by the lake, with a brass band, varied catering, and free parking. Entry was free and pitches were offered at €2.50 per meter.

The Blyes water body hosted its annual Great Farfouille on May 29, 2025, Ascension Day, bringing together over 500 exhibitors and thousands of visitors for one of the most impressive events in the Ain department. Stands were set up along the banks and in the surrounding meadows, creating a spectacular treasure hunting trail in the heart of nature.
Treasure hunters could sift through an exceptional diversity of items: furniture, clothing, toys, books, crockery, tools, vinyl records, trinkets, and genuine antiques. The strolls of a brass band punctuated the day, while food stalls offered waffles, fries, sandwiches, ice cream, and drinks. The Sou des Écoles of Blyes ensured a well-organized event, a must-attend for the Ain plain.
The Farfouille de Blyes will return in May 2026 to the water body for another edition that promises to be just as spectacular. Lovers of giant car boot sales and exceptional natural settings are invited to mark their calendars for the biggest gathering of treasure hunters in Ain.
