Mesnil-Patry, a Village Rich in History

Mesnil-Patry is a delegated commune of Thue et Mue, located in the Caen plain, about fifteen kilometers west of the capital of Calvados. This Norman village is marked by the history of the Battle of Normandy: on June 11, 1944, a fierce tank battle took place there between the Canadian troops of the Queen's Own Rifles and German forces. This historical past gives the village a special atmosphere, between memory and renewal.

Since its creation in 2022, the Mesnil-Patry car boot sale has been constantly growing.
