The spring car boot sale of Mas-d'Azil was held in April 2025 in the center of the village. Exhibitors and bargain hunters met under the Ariège spring sun, in an exceptional natural setting just a stone's throw from the prehistoric cave, a listed historic monument. Furniture, tableware, clothing, and objects of all kinds were offered by residents of the commune and neighboring villages, in a friendly atmosphere characteristic of rural car boot sales.

Looking back at the 2025 car boot sale
The spring car boot sale of Mas-d'Azil enlivened the village center in April 2025. Taking advantage of the return of good weather, exhibitors and visitors gathered in the streets and squares of the town, a stone's throw from the famous Azilian cave. The stalls offered furniture, farm tableware, old tools, books, clothing, and trinkets, with the usual generosity of the inhabitants of this charming village nestled in the Arize gorge.
The combination of the car boot sale with a visit to the Mas-d'Azil cave and its Prehistory Museum makes it a complete day out for families and heritage enthusiasts. The event is confirmed for April 2026.
