Landos Flea Market — August 2025
In August 2025, the streets of the village of Landos came alive for the commune's annual flea market. On this volcanic plateau of Haute-Loire bathed in summer light, exhibitors and visitors enjoyed a beautiful day of outdoor treasure hunting.
Residents of Landos and neighboring communes offered the contents of their attics and sheds: country furniture, antique crockery, agricultural tools, clothing, books, and decorative objects typical of Auvergne interiors. Holidaymakers staying on the plateau — many coming to enjoy the coolness of the 900 meters altitude in mid-summer — mingled with locals to find bargains or simply stroll through this authentic village market.
