Vide-Grenier du Fourmigo d'Arles

The Vide-Grenier du Fourmigo, autumn 2025 edition, welcomed bargain hunters and sellers on Sunday, October 19th at La Monumental de Gimeaux, the taurine venue of the Lou Fourmigo club located in the hamlet of Gimeaux, a few kilometers from the center of Arles. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., private sellers offered tableware, clothing, toys, books, trinkets, and various items on this vast outdoor site.

The unique setting of La Monumental, an arena where campera fiestas and taurine shows usually take place, provided an original backdrop for this autumn bargain hunting day. The club's refreshment stand offered drinks and sandwiches throughout the day, in the friendly spirit that characterizes the Fourmigo events. Admission was free for visitors, while seller pitches were offered at €10 for a car and €15 for a van or trailer.

Arles, a city inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its Roman and Romanesque monuments, is located at the gateway to the Camargue and the Alpilles. Visitors to the car boot sale could take advantage of this exceptional geographical location to discover the heritage of Arles — the arena, the ancient theater, the Alyscamps — and the remarkable landscapes of southern Provence.
