In summer 2025, the castle esplanade of Saint-Chamarand hosted between 50 and 100 exhibitors for the annual car boot sale organized by the Comité des Fêtes. The advantageous pricing policy — 2 meters offered to each exhibitor — encouraged participation from individuals in the village and neighboring towns. Clothes, toys, books, dishes, and small furniture found buyers in a relaxed and family atmosphere. Snack and drinks enlivened the day.
