In June 2025, the village of Pierres hosted its annual car boot sale in a green setting in the Eure valley. Private sellers and local vendors presented their second-hand items — clothing, toys, crockery, books, and trinkets — to the many visitors who came to enjoy a beautiful early summer day. Free entry and the typical friendly atmosphere of Eure-et-Loir car boot sales contributed to the success of this day.
