The 2025 edition of the Nailhac Walnut Festival and its car boot sale took place on August 16 and 17 in the village of Nailhac. Saturday offered a storytelling walk, pétanque, and a regional meal (€22 adults, €10 children). Sunday, the car boot sale from 8 a.m. was alongside the artisan market, equestrian shows at 10:30 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m., and a poetic performance on stilts at 4:30 p.m. Evening paella (€15) and fireworks.
On August 16 and 17, 2025, the village of Nailhac vibrated to the rhythm of the Walnut Festival, organized by the association Nailhac en Fête in partnership with the Confrérie de la Noix du Périgord. Saturday featured a storytelling walk on the theme of the oak tree at 9 a.m., a pétanque competition at 2 p.m., and a regional dinner at 7:30 p.m. to open the festivities.
On Sunday, the car boot sale opened at 8 a.m., accompanied by an artisan and gourmet market, rides, and refreshments. The procession of brotherhoods and the open-air mass took place at 10:30 a.m., followed by equestrian shows at 10:30 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. A poetic performance on stilts was given at 4:30 p.m. The evening ended with a paella meal at 8 p.m. and a torchlight procession followed by fireworks at 10 p.m.
