Edition 2025 — Vide-Grenier Maussane-les-Alpilles

The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier de Maussane-les-Alpilles was held on the Place de l'Église, in the heart of this Provençal village nestled at the foot of the Alpilles. Private sellers offered treasure hunters and visitors a wide selection of second-hand items in the picturesque setting of Place Laugier-de-Monblan, dominated by the 18th-century Sainte-Croix church and adorned with the Fountain of the Four Seasons. Maussane-les-Alpilles, the leading producer of AOP olive oil in France, offered its authentic village atmosphere for this friendly treasure hunting day.

The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier de Maussane-les-Alpilles enlivened the Place de l'Église, in the heart of this Provençal village in the Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles. Dominated by the imposing Sainte-Croix church, consecrated in 1754, and adorned with the remarkable 19th-century Fountain of the Four Seasons, Place Laugier-de-Monblan provided an exceptional setting for this outdoor treasure hunting day.

Private sellers offered visitors a wide variety of second-hand items: tableware and earthenware, clothing and accessories, children's toys, books and vinyl records, small furniture, and various trinkets. Admission was free, and the friendly atmosphere typical of village car boot sales charmed treasure hunters from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Fontvieille, Arles, and surrounding towns in the Bouches-du-Rhône region.

Maussane-les-Alpilles, famous for its 37,000 olive trees and its AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence olive oil, offered visitors the opportunity to discover authentic Provençal heritage. The Moulin Cornille, in operation since 1685, and the numerous fountains of the "village of a thousand fountains" completed this getaway into the heart of the Alpilles. The car boot sale will be held again in 2026.
