May 1st in the Super U car park

Every May 1st, the association Lanvallay Anim'actions transforms the large Super U car park in Lanvallay into a vast treasure hunting ground. Around 120 private sellers set up their stalls in the outdoor and covered car park areas, offering a wide range of second-hand items: clothing, toys, books, crockery, trinkets, small furniture, and collectibles.

Lanvallay, near Dinan

Lanvallay is a dynamic town located on the right bank of the Rance river, just opposite Dinan, the famous medieval town with its ramparts. The two towns are connected by the Dinan bridge and viaduct, offering spectacular views of the valley. The Super U car park, rue de Rennes, is easily accessible and has ample free parking space.

An event for the local community

Lanvallay Anim'actions is a dynamic association that contributes to the town's activities throughout the year. The May 1st car boot sale is one of its flagship events, attracting residents from the Dinan area and tourists visiting the Rance valley. The catering and refreshments available on site make for a pleasant public holiday spent with family.
