An Indoor Car Boot Sale in Jarnac

The Vide-Grenier de Jarnac is an annual event organized by COS de Jarnac (Comité des Œuvres Sociales) at the salle des fêtes (village hall), 42 route de Luchac. Unlike the June flea market that takes over the town center, this spring car boot sale takes place indoors, offering an ideal sheltered setting at the beginning of spring. From 8 am to 6 pm, visitors browse the aisles between tables laden with second-hand items.

A Format Suited for Individuals

The car boot sale format is designed for individuals wishing to get rid of everyday items: clothes, toys, tableware, books, trinkets, and small furniture. Tables of 1.80m x 0.80m are offered for €3 per space. Extra chairs are available for €1 per table, and clothing sellers can rent racks for €1 each (maximum 2 per exhibitor, racks not provided).

On-site Catering

COS de Jarnac provides a refreshment stand throughout the day. A meal for €5 is also available upon reservation, including a sandwich, fries, fruit, drink, and coffee/tea. This convenient catering service allows visitors and exhibitors to enjoy the day without interruption.
