Thuré is a commune of about 2,500 inhabitants in Grand Châtellerault, 8 km south-east of Châtellerault, Vienne sub-prefecture. Each spring, the Thuré festival committee runs its annual vide-grenier, a Châtelleraudais must-attend. The 2026 edition is confirmed for Sunday 19 April 2026.

An open and accessible format

Thuré's vide-grenier welcomes private sellers sorting attics and professionals (except food vendors). This mix allows a varied offer: alongside clothes, toys, books and crockery from private sellers, stands of small professional brocante, records, knick-knacks. The very accessible 1.50€/linear metre rate makes exhibitor registration easy. Catering and bar on site by the festival committee ensure convivial atmosphere.

Dissay castle (listed monument) and Chauvigny medieval city (30 min) pleasantly extend the day. Vienne valley and Futuroscope park (20 min) also accessible.
