About Foire à tout Dreux

Between 50 and 100 exhibitors.

The Foire à tout de Dreux, a popular bi-annual event

Twice a year, Dreux buzzes to the rhythm of its large car boot sale organized by the APE Hélène-Boucher Gambetta. The first event takes place in March, the second on May 1st, a symbolic day for families in Dreux who take advantage of this public holiday to hunt for treasures, exchange items, and find good deals. These events, free for visitors, bring together between 50 and 100 private exhibitors on the Esplanade Noël-Parfait and Rue Marc-Sangnier.

A neighborhood event rooted in local life

The APE (Association de Parents d'Élèves) Hélène-Boucher Gambetta is the historic organizer of this event. The car boot sale takes place in front of the Hélène-Boucher and Gambetta schools, at 5 Rue Marc-Sangnier, creating a strong link between the school life of the neighborhood and the community of Dreux. The profits from the rental of pitches contribute to the students' activities and outings.

Practical, friendly, and accessible to all

Exhibitor setup begins at 6 a.m. and the sale opens its doors at 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Only private individuals are admitted as sellers, at a price of €3 per linear meter. Entry is completely free for visitors. Refreshment stands and food stalls are available on site to enjoy the day with family. The friendly and popular atmosphere of these car boot sales makes it a popular event for amateur flea market enthusiasts as well as families looking for bargains.

Dreux and its second-hand markets

The town of Dreux (28100), prefecture of Eure-et-Loir in the Centre-Val de Loire region, regularly hosts flea market and car boot sale events throughout the year. The Foire à tout of the APE Hélène-Boucher Gambetta is one of the most regular events, marking the festive and solidarity calendar of the city of Dreux from the spring onwards.
