Vide-Grenier du 14 Juillet de Courdemanche is an annual flea market held in Courdemanche (72150), Sarthe, France. Organised each year on Bastille Day (14 July) by the local Comité des fêtes, this event at 41 rue Neuve combines a morning flea market with afternoon and evening festivities including a parade and fireworks display. Clothing, books, toys, ornaments and everyday items are on offer throughout the day.
Courdemanche is a small rural commune in southern Sarthe, not far from La Flèche and the Loir valley. The village comes alive every 14 July in remarkable fashion, with events that draw residents from neighbouring villages and passing visitors. The annual fête is one of the most eagerly awaited events on the local calendar.
The Courdemanche July 14th Flea Market returns on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the village center (rue Neuve, church car park), organized by the Courdemanche Festival Committee. Around a hundred exhibitors set up their stalls from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM for the delight of bargain hunters.
An unmissable event for the national holiday in Courdemanche (Sarthe), this annual flea market brings together around 100 private exhibitors on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, in the village center (rue Neuve and church car park). Pitches are charged at €2 per meter.
The day continues with a festive program organized by the Festival Committee: refreshment stand and on-site catering until late into the night, lantern parade, burning of the Bastille, and fireworks. Traffic is one-way, and parking is provided for both visitors and exhibitors.
