Every first Sunday of May, the village of Vaux-en-Bugey hosts its toy and childcare fair. Around 95 exhibitors offer toys, board games, plush toys, children's books, and childcare equipment at affordable prices. The event is ideal for families looking to find bargains before summer.

Vaux-en-Bugey, a village in the heart of Bugey

Located in Bugey, about ten kilometers north of Ambérieu-en-Bugey and near Lagnieu, the village of Vaux-en-Bugey benefits from a pleasant natural setting at the foot of the first foothills of the Jura. The town is crossed by the river Albarine and offers a green environment conducive to outdoor events.

Practical Information

Exhibitors set up from 7 a.m. and the public is welcome from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is mandatory by phone and requires sending a copy of an identity document (front and back), the exhibitor's name, and the number of tables requested. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or check. A refreshment stand and a food truck offering crepes and sweets are available on site.
