The solidarity flea market for the village school
Each spring, the Vaudricourt APE organizes its annual flea market. This solidarity event funds educational projects, school trips and equipment for village children. Listed among May 2026 réderies by Somme Tourisme.
Organized by volunteer parents, exhibitors offer second-hand toys, children's and adults' clothes, books, comics, tableware, trinkets, small childcare items, sports gear. The solidarity dimension is strong: every euro spent indirectly contributes to children's education. A refreshment bar and homemade pastry stand complete the offer.
Vaudricourt is a small village of about 200 inhabitants in the Vimeu, southwestern Somme region near the Bay of Somme and seaside resorts. The Vimeu, a traditional locksmithing and metallurgy area, combines rural landscapes and industrial heritage.
APE flea markets are entirely run by volunteer parents. A concrete demonstration of parental involvement in school life and village solidarity.
