A leading watch fair in Alsace

The Strasbourg-Marlenheim Watch Fair, organised by the Rotary Club Kronthal Wasselonne Marlenheim, has rapidly established itself since its creation in 2023 as one of the major events for watchmaking enthusiasts in the Grand Est region. For its 4th edition in 2026, it welcomes around fifty professional exhibitors and collectors from all over France but also from Switzerland, Germany and Belgium, in a natural reach for this sector where Alsace plays its role as a cross-border crossroads. At Les Roseaux cultural centre, visitors discover hundreds of carefully selected pieces: mechanical and automatic watches, pocket watches, chronographs, antique clocks, pendulums, longcase clocks, alarm clocks, cuckoo clocks, but also spare parts, watchmaker's tools, technical works and horological literature. The great names of Swiss and French watchmaking rub shoulders with more modest but no less interesting pieces, offering collectors a true panorama of the art of time.

A charitable event of the Rotary Club

The Rotary Club Kronthal Wasselonne Marlenheim, affiliated with Rotary International, organises each year several events for humanitarian and social actions. The watch fair is one of the most emblematic: all profits (paid entry, buffets, partnerships) are donated to charitable associations chosen by the club. This solidarity dimension contributes to the success of the event and builds loyalty among a large audience, aware of participating in a good cause while satisfying their passion. Quality catering is offered on site throughout the day by club volunteers and their partners, allowing visitors to spend a full day in the watchmaking universe.

Marlenheim and the Alsatian vineyard

Marlenheim, a commune located about twenty kilometres west of Strasbourg, is considered the northern gateway to the Alsace Wine Route. With its half-timbered houses, its neo-Gothic church and its wine-growing terroir renowned for Pinot Noir and Rotacker (grand cru), the town offers an authentic and welcoming setting. The Les Roseaux cultural and sports centre, modern and functional facility, regularly hosts events, concerts, exhibitions and fairs. Its capacity and accessibility make it an ideal venue for the Watch Fair, which attracts a growing audience each year from the entire north-east quarter of France and the Rhine area.
