Looking Back at the 2025 Edition

On Sunday, April 13, 2025, Courtenay celebrated its Spring Festival with the traditional car boot sale in the town center. For this edition, exhibitors previously registered at the town hall took over the main streets of the town: Place Honoré Combes, Avenue de la Gare, Rue du Maréchal Leclerc.

The spring sunshine was on our side for this treasure hunting day. Visitors strolled enthusiastically between the stalls, finding their treasures among the wide variety of items offered: all kinds of clothing, toys and board games, tableware, books and magazines, trinkets, and decorative objects. The event attracted visitors from Courtenay as well as from neighboring towns in the Gâtinais and nearby Yonne.

The mandatory registration with the town hall allowed for good organization of the space and harmonious distribution of exhibitors along the different streets. The town hall's Festivities and Ceremonies department is already preparing for the 2026 edition.
