The Whit Monday flea market in the southern Amiens suburbs
Saint-Fuscien, a residential commune of about 1,500 inhabitants immediately south of Amiens, organises its annual réderie every Whit Monday.
Saint-Fuscien takes its name from Saint Fuscien, 3rd-century martyr and evangelist of Picardy. The formerly prestigious Saint-Fuscien Abbey was destroyed at the Revolution.
Classic range: clothing, toys, books, records, crockery, small furniture, tools.
Saint-Fuscien is close to Amiens Cathedral (UNESCO) and the famous hortillonnages, the floating gardens.
The réderie starts early Monday morning and runs all day. Refreshments and catering on site.
Saint-Fuscien village centre.
5 km south of Amiens via the D7 or D210.
Registration with the town hall.
