On Saturday 5 April 2025, Saint-Florentin buzzed with its annual spring fair. Combining a popular car boot sale with fairground attractions, the event brought together exhibitors and strollers in the town centre, enjoying clement weather for a fine festive day. Brocante enthusiasts browsed private sellers' stalls, while families enjoyed the rides and attractions. Local produce stands highlighted the gastronomic richness of the Sénonais, with the famous Saint-Florentin AOP cheese taking pride of place.
