Every year in June, the Foyer Rural of Saint-Dizant-du-Gua organizes its annual summer car boot sale at the Peyrat leisure area, a well-equipped green space ideal for a day of outdoor treasure hunting. This friendly event brings together between 50 and 100 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, offering furniture, crockery, trinkets, tools, toys, and decorative items to visitors.

A Generous Welcome for Exhibitors

The unique aspect of this car boot sale is the quality of the welcome extended to exhibitors. Beyond an attractive rate of 2 euros per linear meter, the Foyer Rural offers coffee and aperitifs to sellers, as well as dedicated parking. Exhibitors can set up from 6 a.m., while visitors are welcomed from 8 a.m. This attention to participants' comfort contributes to the relaxed and warm atmosphere that characterizes the event.

Saint-Dizant-du-Gua is a rural commune in Haute-Saintonge, located between Jonzac and Mirambeau, in the southern part of Charente-Maritime.
